[arm-allstar] Supermon setup

Robert,

  I am not sure what went wrong here but the allmon.ini file somehow got
overwritten with the wrong one. Here is the correct sample file. Please
copy this over your current allmon.ini file and then edit per the howto.
We are looking into the problem and should have it corrected soon.

[1998]

[1999]
host=127.0.0.1:5038
