[arm-allstar] Supermon setup

You should see the first line start like

[NODEID]
host=
user=
passwd=
menu=yes
hideNodeURL=no


Then repeat with other nodes, if they apply...  alter with your node number
and correct host and user/password info.  More options below for other
links.

I think the old default was node 1998.  Been so long, I haven't see a
default file in a while.
