[arm-allstar] Node with/without radio

Yes, I used the Alinco because I have a bunch of those radios operating as
nodes and the mics were not needed. I have not tested other mics but most
will work on 5V. You could probably pick one up at a hamfest or may have
one laying around you are not using. The connector does not matter as long
as you know the pin out. You can either change the plug or find a matching
jack for the box.
