Tom,

 When you select #11 in the main menu you are taken to the client - CLI
prompt - so there is no need to type asterisk -rvvvv.   You only use
asterisk -rvvvv when you do it manually from the Linux prompt. When you are
at the CLI> prompt there is a whole new set of commands.  Type ? to see the
commands. You would use exit to get back to the main menu.
