[arm-allstar] Issues with DMK URIx USB

Dang. K5CKS and I went up on the hill when his allstar Pi stopped
responding to connect attempts, both via WinSCP and Supermon. Earlier it
had done this and a power-cycle fixed it, but that only lasted a day.
We assumed that the MicroSD card was corrupted, so wrote the backup
image to a new one (well, not NEW, just a different one). System came
back up fine, but did the exact same thing after we had come back down
from the site.
Has anyone seen this problem? I think maybe the RPi is having problems,
but I can't prove that.
