[arm-allstar] 2nd Node

I must be missing something when adding a 2nd node. I've done it many times
but today I'm missing something. I imaged a new card. Changed the PI3B.
Everything works well on 1 node but when I add the 2nd node it loop on
restarting asterisk. Here is what error messages I got when this is
happening.
