[arm-allstar] Additional User Logins

Jim,
The answer is no. Every login has the same credentials. We have plans to
change that sometime in the future giving user access control but for now
they are all the same. I am not sure what he is seeing but i doubt it has
anything to do with the login. There is only one allmon.ini file.
