[arm-allstar] Update Failure

Good morning.

Tried to update my system this morning.  I received a number of errors that scrolled by too fast to capture them all.  Tried it on all three of my systems and received the same thing.  Finally managed to screen capture and transcript the errors (see below).
error: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from hamvoip.org : SSL ce
error: failed to update extra (download library error)
error: failed retrieving file 'community.db' from hamvoip.org : SS
error: failed to update community (download library error)
error: failed retrieving file 'alarm.db' from hamvoip.org : SSL ce
error: failed to update alarm (download library error)

I don't see these errors in the pacman.log file.
