[arm-allstar] Allstar System Update

George,
If the update completes successfully and it usually always does the next
time you do the update it will say nothing to update. You also can look at
version number in the main menu item 10. When we announce updates a new
version number is given.
On our list of things to do is a clearer messaging in the update process
but what we have has worked well for years.
