[arm-allstar] Allstar-Echo-IRLP

Howdy folks , does anybody have Allstar,Echo and IRLP working on a PI3?? I have been monkeying with this for almost a month. Reinstall all of it three times and all works except IRLP..All ports are forward correct..Changed the host name to repeater to run troubleshoot-irlp script..but had to run irlp inviroment file first to get the script to work..then in one  of the tests it says the following ports do not  work outbound..873,8873,10000,15425,15426,15427.. I am at a complete lost. Thanks for any help.Glenn k5cod
