[arm-allstar] Echoing issue like the Parrot function.

It's simpleusb, thats what seems like everyone says "sounds the best" so
the parrot is an option on demand in rpt.conf, but this only happens now
and then, seems out of the blue.

I'll try to setup supermon, see if that helps me find whatever it is...
