Luc,

 From what I gather you are talking about private node numbers. These are
node number between 1000 and 1999 within the Allstar network. They are not
officially assigned but may be assigned within a group. This is often used
in repeater systems to connect sites which would not normally be part of
the public Allstar network. Private node numbers are not registered with
Allstar and no private routing information is part of the Allstar
registration system. Private nodes need to be manually routed using the
[nodes]  stanza in rrpt.conf. This is something that is done on an
individual basis by the user or group. Private nodes are compatible within
the Allstar network but not directly connectible without specific routing
information.

As a side note to this the hamvoip registration system which will be coming
online for all very soon will be able to privately register private node
groups making it much easier to maintain routing continuity for private
networks.
