[arm-allstar] iaxrpt documentation updated

The iaxrpt documentation for the android version has been updated at the
hamvoip.org web page. This ensures that the call or ID of the station
connecting gets properly displayed in supermon, lsnodes, and other
applications. Please use the revised stanzas in your iax.conf and
extensions.conf files. This documentation is available in the howto section
at hamvoip.org. A direct link to the howto is:

The howto includes examples that must be configured for the users
application.
