[arm-allstar] Good deal on RPI3B plus

The Pi 2 is still being sold and doesn’t require fans. I prefer to use them for Allstar since the Pi 3 is power hungry overkill. The 3 B+ is pushing the limits of micro USB. Last I knew Micro Center still has the 2 for sale.
