[arm-allstar] IAX android

Glenn,

  Are you using the examples from the howto for the android iaxrpt at
hamvoip.org? I noticed you are not using the same context names.

I am not an expert on this since I do not use it but as far as showing up
on supermon the callerid is what shows up on supermon. If you leave it at
the default - 'iaxrpt user' it will not show up in supermon. I suggest
putting your call in there. See the attached screen shot. If it is not just
one word, no spaces it will not show up.  I am not familiar with the
android phone iaxrpt. If it has a callerid setting it would probably work
the same way.

It appears to not currently be on the playstore but there are copies of it
floating around elsewhere.
