[arm-allstar] Using Icom 2AT for node

To add to my prior message attached is a schematic of the ICxA audio
section. IC2 pin 3 is powered by a receive signal. If you were to connect
COS to that point it should work. This would be COS set to USB or a high
COS active and low inactive. Most FOBS have a Schottky diode pointing
towards the radio. If not make sure it is in there. You do not want radio
voltage getting back to the FOB.
