Scroll down and read about the IC2 COS. The IC3 and IC4 would be the
same. These like many handhelds key the power to the audio output stage
with receive signal thus saving power. This is the same way we pick up COS
for the Baofengs.
You do not need disc audio for simpleusb. Just use speaker and mic
connections and no de or pre-emphasis.
