[arm-allstar] DSL with Dynamic IP address

Tom,

 DSL modems can be a problem. It is hard to say what is happening. When
your public IP address changes the registration process should report the
change within a minute and your local IP address should not change.
Typically when using DHCP on your LAN you make the address it initially
assigns you reserved or permanent in the router. Have you done that?  Are
you using the latest V1.5.3-40 image? We will have hamvoip registration
going later this week but in the meantime perhaps
