[arm-allstar] Simple_USB_Tune Menu

Aloha,

Is there a "poop sheet" on the simple USB Tune menu? In particular I 
looking at item E) Toggle Transmit Test Tone/Keying

What is the Tone Frequency and level? I need to set the wireline input 
on my MTR2000 Repeater it's calling for a 1khz tone with a level of 0 to 
-30 dbm.

The transmit A level is at 999 and I still cant get enough audio level 
out of the TX side of the repeater. The adjustment is done in the Radio 
Service Software.
