[arm-allstar] ASL Registration system down this morning

Joe,

 The hamvoip status server will be the last part of the puzzle and is not
online yet. Once it is it will be similar to the current one and yes it
will show registration and also other status if the users reports it.

There are currently about 280 nodes registering with the hamvoip servers
but this is just users that have manually registered. Full registration
setup will be in the next update.
