[arm-allstar] Moving a node...

Bill,

 Our indications is that this is not going to get any better from the
Allstar side. Things are a mess over there and someday the truth may come
out about what really happened after Jim's death. Anyhow hang in there, a
fix is in the works from us.

Also as you know and I would like to pass onto others that Allstar does not
have to be registered to work. In an emergency you can define IP addresses
or URL's in the [nodes] stanza in rpt.conf. Both ends need routing to each
other including ports. This is the port defined in the iax.conf file
bindport= statement. It is a pain to do if you have lots of nodes but one
way to get around connection problems temporarily.
