[arm-allstar] Node registration failures

We looked that up last night and I'm just getting around to posting this
now, sorry for the delay. See below: The UDP port comes from the Allstar
portal (as configured by the user). The port is reported to the Allstar
database by the node itself. As you can see they are different. That
generally happens when the users router is not port forwarded correctly.
ISP blocking the port would cause the same problem.
