[arm-allstar] astdb.txt Not Updating After Manual Update from Private to Public Node

Just manually updated my private node to a public node, but astdb.txt in
var/log/asterisk is not updating when I run astdb.php manually.  

In the process of converting the node from private to pubic, I updated the
following files:

rpt.conf 
extensions.conf 
iax.conf 
privatenodes.txt 
allstar.env  (including changing export PRIVATE_NODE=0)
allstar_node_info.conf 

The node is showing on the stats server ok.

I'm trying to preserve the customization I've already done on the private
node, which is why I'm doing this manually.  No doubt I missed something
obvious.
