One way to avoid COS is to use raw disc audio into an RTCM.  Suggest a PL decoder be used to further condition valid RX.

Tom,

My suggestion would be to check option three from simpleusb-tune-menu
and adjusting the current setting downwards.
---------------------------------------------------------
Please enter your selection now: 3
Current setting on Tx Channel A is 350
Enter new Tx A Level setting (0-999, or C/R for none):
----------------------------------------------------------
I have found this necessary when changing or testing node radios.

Regards,
Ian..

I think that applies to *all* of us here. I admire Doug's and David's
on-going and continuing enthusiasm and commitment to all the
hand-holding (on various levels) they do on here in the list. Thanks
very much for everything, Doug and David!

Perhaps it's time for a couple more volunteers to step up and start to
help with an indexing/update etc for all the on-line documentation and
*especially* for a gleaning of all the little solid nuggets of support
info buried throughout the years here in this list.

	Just a personal perspective,

	- Don - AA7AU
