[arm-allstar] (OT) Zoiper PTT / IAXRPT for iPhone

The 'v' indicates VOX and this is the way many run it when running hands
free in a car and using the sterring wheel mute button as a PTT. The vox
can stay keyed with background noise especially in a car.
