[arm-allstar] Zoiper & Mac

I haven't found the answer in a search, so this config may not have been
discussed. If so, please shoot me the link to it, so I can review.

I have iax working on Windows and Android, no issues.

I wanted to play around with a Mac program, and Zoiper was the first.
(Anyone suggests a better choice for Mac use?)

Zoiper will register and connect, however it will not stop transmitting,
even with the use of mute.

Zoiper 5, Free version.  Mac 10.13.6

Node is current HamVoip, updated software.

Any help or suggestions of what to test would be appreciated.
