[arm-allstar] CTCSS during tail messages?

Tom,

  The "tone qualifier" as you put it is your radio's PL decoder and nothing
you do in Allstar is going to correct a slow PL. Many radios like the
Alinco's have a rather slow closing PL. If it really bothers you a Comspec
TS64 card for $50 would probably work better. Many radios use a reverse
burst PL to slam it shut at the end but your receiving radio may not
support that.
