[arm-allstar] Resolv.conf for satellite users

I do this on all my internet connections.  All my providers over the years had brown-outs on their DNS.

Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and OPEN DNS servers 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

You can put several of these in your resolv.conf file and, it will round-robin between them.
