The "IronVZ" plan should be plenty of VPS horsepower and bandwidth, at
$2.49/month or $24.90/year.
If you would like to experimentally try something out, I can setup some
OpenVPN keys / config files for you to try....I've occasionally done this
for other hams who wanted to evaluate this strategy.
...BTW, I don't work for or have any interest in any of the VPS companies.
I do own a CoLo facility / ISP, but, this isn't our market area.
