[arm-allstar] vpn and port forwarding

This was my observation with the Sprint network. I know for a fact that
Echolink works and it requires port forwarding. I have not had a chance to
try Allstar yet. It looks like you are out of luck with Verizon unless you
purchase a static IP. You might look at Sprint.

The VPN or Ubiquity approach is your best bet. Do you have a ham or
reliable location that is within 5-7 miles and line of sight to the
repeater? You can purchase Ubiquity equipment for less than $150 both ends
to send 50Mb plus Internet between the sites.
