[arm-allstar] vpn and port forwarding

I can confirm that the Franklin R850 HotSpot works. Port forwarding is easy in the device's web UI and I can connect to my node when mobile (after a DNS update).

Service is through FreedomPop but they are an MVNO on the Sprint 4G LTE network.

We use Sprint 4G LTE at our website. The modem/router we are currently
using is old and fraught with problems but it appears that Sprint does
allow port forwarding. The best thing to do is buy just a modem and then
connect it to a router of your choice. But usually the problem is not the
ability to setup port forwarding in the router but rather a problem with
double NAT'ing within the cellular network which prevent the packets from
getting through. I have heard but cannot confirm that Verizon requires you
to buy a static IP ($250) in order to have the ability to truly port
forward. You might look into other providers.

Other choices are to use a Ubiquity wireless path between the site and a
location where "real" Internet is available like a nearby line of sight ham
or use a VPN.
