[arm-allstar] Audio issue

Hi David,

What CODEC(s) are you using between the various nodes??

I believe this issue is with Asterisk, proper, rather than the AllStar
related additions. We have gotten a few rare reports of audio where the
frame rate or sample rate seemed off.
