[arm-allstar] vhf/uhf mobile for use with havmoip/hamlib

A number of us have used Motorola CDM series radios as remote bases. The
G707 might also accept commands from Hamlib. I've also used a V71 with
minimal success via hamlib, but there were only basic functions supported
so I've found the CDM and the bcd_control_usb_fob.sh script was my best
option.
