[arm-allstar] Fresh img file not loading dns correctly?

Chris,

   Is this image taken off the hamvoip.org website in the last week or one
you had laying around before that? Do you have other nodes at that location
that work OK and update? The image at the web page is 1.5rc19 and it
supports the Pi3B+.
