Doug,

This is what I have in the Rpt.conf file

duplex=1
startup_macro=*7344772#
startup_macro=*52
node_lookup_method=dns

I don’t think it is setup right..

 If you uncommented any of the additional lines like A1 the DTMF is just
*A1 - most radios have A, B, C, D - the baofeng is the top row across ABCD
when the radio is keyed. If you have a radio that does not have those keys
you can change the command say instead of A1 it could be 881.

If you are having problems with it connecting at boot you must have both
ends using the beta DNS. It would also help to use a *73 permanent connect
and not just *3.
