[arm-allstar] a question about IaxRpt (android)

The answer as far as I know is no because there is no way to interface it
BUT if you could mute the mic audio, say with a switch then you could
probably use VOX. I think there are some mics that have switches that do
that but you could always fashion one. When you use the built-in voice in
asterisk you a 'v' to the extensions.conf line like -
exten=xxxxx,n,Rpt(xxxxx|Pv) Where xxxxx is the node number.
