[arm-allstar] Allstar node and android-iaxrpt

Hi Fred - sorry I didn't fill in much else on my prior email.
I wanted to at least let you know your node is registered and i can attempt
to connect to it.
I use statics for all our nodes, (we also have ampr.org registrations, so
that makes things so much easier) so we don't have the issue of address
changes on dynamic stuffs - you may want to verify if that address on my
connect attempt is what is defined for your current setup at your site/home.
My nodes at home are on our local 2.3GHz rf network. The node I connected
from is on our hub in a high capacity data centre.
iLook in the log . you can also turn on debugging "rpt debug level 5" or
some such and see what happens when a connection is attempted to it.
even turning on iax debugging may help if there's an issue there.
