[arm-allstar] Random Keyups

I have a Baofeng BF-888s setup with the newer short board using a DMK URIx.
Very pleased with the setup.  I am having one peculiar issue. If it has
been  shut down, which I usually do not, When I first start the system for
the next 2 or 3 minutes it randomly does  keyups.  See below the stats from
the stats page.   It is not connected to any node at this point. No one is
keying up the repeater,  The station ID's fine.  Any thoughts?  When it
settles down I carry on no problem.
