[arm-allstar] Configure node in the field

A small screen HDMI monitor and small wireless keyboard works. This link
shows how it is packaged.

Also if you have a laptop or other computer where you can access ssh you
could use a small Ethernet switch to connect the Allstar server wired to
the computer to setup.
