[arm-allstar] Full duplex with details

How is the full duplex audio entering the circuit? Using iaxrpt? We
obviously do not usually use full duplex with radios which are simplex so
you have to understand some things that could happen with full duplex. If
two were on a circuit there could be a feedback path so that is a
consideration. Also if this is a hub and in pseudo mode then I don't see
the reason for duplex=0 or linktolink being set. Those settings would only
effect a radio node connected RF to the hub directly which you obviously do
not have. Allstar simply passes audio if it is distorted or fuzzy as you
say then it is probably from the origination point and just being passed
on.
