[arm-allstar] Weather on hourly ID

There is no document. It is a simple script. Did you try other zips? maybe
yours is not working. Also airport designator. Try phl

[root at Mobile-41139 ~]# weather.sh phl
84F 29C / Partly Sunny

[root at Mobile-41139 ~]# weather.sh

USAGE: weather.sh <local zip, airport code, or w-<wunderground station code>

Example: weather.sh 19001, weather.sh phl, weather.sh -wWPAGLENB5
         Substitute your local codes

Edit script to turn on/off condition reporting and C or F temperature
