[arm-allstar] Weather on hourly ID

I have recently setup a new node and reworked and old one (new install) 
and I want to have the current weather conditions on the hourly ID. 
(just temp and sky conditions, no wind speed barometer or anything like 
that.) I had this on the previous two setups but for some reason I can 
not remember how to get that to work on the new installs.

I have my zip code in the saytime line in rpt.conf like I did in the old 
setups and I have also installed the wx_conditions and AutoSky scripts. 
What am I forgetting?
