[arm-allstar] SIP/IAX iOS Client

The left side of the images have what I presume to be a Buck converter 
for the power supply, but what is the other component on the left 
please? Also, the pictured unit is hardwired ethernet, and I'd be 
curious to know the details of how you accomplish the port-forwarding 
with mobile wifi.
