[arm-allstar] Says IP after reboot, disable?

Hi Bob,

To disable the say IP feature, edit the file:

/usr/local/etc/allstar.env

....Then, at about line number 28 you'll see: 

export SAY_IP_AT_BOOT="enabled"

....change that to:

export SAY_IP_AT_BOOT="disabled"

....and, save the file. That's it!
