[arm-allstar] Oddity with two nodes/web transceiver/inbound connects

I have 2, maybe three nodes, that I may have mis-configured that are not accepting, or at least not properly completing inbound connections, via WebTransceiver, or iaxrpt phone apps - though they show connected in the WebTransceiver GUI, as well as the other outbound node connection made.
I cannot get audio to/from the node via WebTransceiver, nor keyup/Transmit from WebTransceiver.
The 'silently' can connect to other nodes, and pass audio back and forth, and I believe can accept connection from other nodes... but I may be digressing.
I have no clue what could be messed up in the typical config files. Any clues?
