[arm-allstar] Raspberry pi won't boot

Hello 
Yesterday I wanted to reset my Asterisk but did it from the "shut system down" menu instead (don't remember the exact name for this option think it's the last one on the manager menu). 
Now I reconnect the ps to the PI but don't get the Ethernet led neither do I get any leds lit on the Urix. Consequently there is no way to log into the server with putty.
Looks like video ,usb , network or wi fi are not coming back 
Wonder if there is a way to get the system going or if it is a hardware failure..

Would appreciate some suggestions.
