I'd be happy to look into what would be required, if you can point me
at the relevant part of the code.

For an example of why I'd like it, this is a snapshot from the grafana
dashboard I've got set up using the telemetry that I can currently
get. I'm trying to track down the source of some significant noise
that's causing my repeater stack (3 linked repeaters) to key up all
the time, and part of that is figuring out exactly what is happening
to cause it (I have a tone on it and everything...)
