[arm-allstar] simpleusb realtime RX telemetry

Hi Richard,

There currently is not an interface where you can get this telemetry in an 
easily usable way; such as for updating status info in a monitoring 
script.

I'll add your request to the feature "wish list." This capability wouldn't
be hard to add.
