OK, as long as you check it. Unless you check a backup  you have no idea if
it works. That is an important thing that a lot of people leave off.

Personally I would not depend on it and I always pop the card and backup
that way. Also there is usually no real reason to backup a simple node that
you have made few changes to. The usb-backup.sh is a better choice it backs
up the key files that you would change. There is no real reason to backup
the entire image as it is probably quicker to just down load a new one, do
the updates and restore using usb-restore.
