[arm-allstar] All star not responding

Kerry,

Welcome to Allstar. It sounds very much like you have the COS phase wrong.
Go into the simpleusb-tune-menu selection 12 from the main menu. Select the
V option. You should see the realtime rx telemetry display. When you node
is idle - not receiving your local RF the COS composite should show clear
and when you transmit to your node it should say keyed. If this is not the
case and they are reversed then select item J and if it is usb change it to
usbinvert and if it is usbinvert change it to usb. The cos composite should
follow your RF transmission to your node radio. If it is not changing at
all then you do not have the COS interfaced properly to your radio. If this
is not set correctly then you will get all kinds of strange things
happening.

Let us know if that was the problem and if not we will go from there.
